We met today with a group of 18 kids (no 7th graders...that's WEIRD)
It was fun, though it will be even MORE fun when everyone comes.

We did
  • diamond ensemble
  • mirrors
  • My name is + an action game
  • "Who's your neighbor?"
  • A "Character walk" for the first time ever and
  • Machines (I thought the exploding B52 bomber was the most interesting. Go 4th grade boys!)

The next few posts here you'll the info we handed out today. If you weren't able to come (or didn't know about it in time) you can get these handouts next Monday.

Pick a section of the Bible that you love and you’ve already started memorizing.
How much? Memorize as many verses as the grade you are in. If you write them out neatly, memorize what you’ve chosen, and bring this to drama club next week, you can have a chance to recite them to the group.

The memory verses I’ve chosen are:
(Go ahead and type them in as a comment if you want. Good practice for memorizing! Even if you don't blog it here, make sure to write it out and bring it to workout next monday.)
